Founded in 2004 by Pastor Emmanuel Okello, Winner's Evangelical Ministries began with 23 faithful souls meeting in a rented hall in Ntinda. Today we are a vibrant family of over 2,500 members, with five church plants across Uganda and a mission to win souls across East Africa.
We believe every believer is called to live victoriously — not just surviving, but thriving in every area of life through the power of the Holy Spirit and the authority of God's Word.

What God Has
Done for Us
I came to Winner's broken, out of work and losing hope. After one month of faithful attendance and the prayers of this community, I got a job offer beyond anything I had imagined. God used this church to save my family.
My marriage was on the verge of collapse. Through Pastor Okello's counsel and the prayers of the church, my husband and I were fully reconciled. Today we serve together in the Missions team. What God has done is nothing short of miraculous.
As a university student far from home, Winner's became my family in Kampala. The youth ministry, the cell group, the warmth of this congregation — it shaped my faith and my character. I am who I am because of this church.
